Graduate business students from Walton College earned top honors and prize money in pitch competitions this academic year. Altaris MedTech won $20,000 and is scheduling an FDA pre-submission meeting, while BubbyBand took second place earning $10,000 + both ventures benefit from support by the Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

On Saturday, June 20, the U of A and NWA Juneteenth Planning Committee will host the 30th Annual Juneteenth Celebration at The Upper Ramble in downtown Fayetteville from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring live music, interactive games, and a vendor marketplace for families.

The College of Education and Health Professions honored Lewis and Donna Epley, whose 2012 gift established a 45,000 sqft center (home to the Speech and Hearing Clinic and nursing scholarships) that continues to support students. Their legacy inspires future health careers in our community.
