About this event

A yoga-inspired sculpt class blending strong and fluid movement with light weights and resistance. This heated class moves through dynamic flows that build internal heat, strength, and stability while staying connected to breath and sensation. Each class will have a rotating goal, while focusing on the core, arms, legs, shoulders, and glutes. Expect a rhythmic and vibrant yoga flow with just enough resistance to really FEEL your body working through mindful and intentional movement. More with awareness, find strength, get out of your head and into your BODY.
