About this event

Connect with nature, build confidence, and develop real-world skills through this four-part outdoor series designed specifically for teens ages 12–15. Each month, participants will explore a different Peel Compton Foundation property while diving into hands-on environmental science, conservation, and outdoor learning.

Throughout the series, teens will investigate forests, wetlands, gardens, and arboretums while strengthening leadership, communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and decision-making skills through engaging activities and field investigations.

November – Coler Mountain Bike Preserve: Learn about forest ecology, biodiversity, ecosystem recovery, wilderness survival skills, and the balance between recreation and conservation.
