About this event
EYL's version of Yin yoga... Deep stretching to soothing melodic, music. This class uses deep breathing and gravity to dig deeper into your current flexibility. Expect to spend the majority of your time seated or reclining with NO flowing. A warm room and props will help you tap into your flexibility. Our deep stretch is an excellent counter part to our power flow. No experience needed, and you don't have to be flexible to join.
