Sunday Reset: XFormer is a 75-minute class that combines elements of our all-levels XFormer workout and our restorative BREATHE class for a full mind-body reset. The first 45 minutes of this class focuses on building strength and endurance with a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout. The final 30 minutes of the class shifts to a more calming pace with a focus on stretching and restorative movement. Prepare to challenge your body and reset your mind—Sunday Reset offers a dynamic combination of strength and restorative movement to leave you feeling empowered, rejuvenated and BALANCED for the week ahead. We offer this class in a small group setting (8 clients per class) to give you the attention you deserve to feel safe, comfortable and valued during your time with us. If you are new to our studio, please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time to meet your instructor and get acquainted with our XFormers. Grip socks are required for this class (available for purchase in studio). *We offer Eucalyptus cold towels at the end of classes. If you are sensitive to essential oils please let your instructor know prior to class and we can offer you an unscented cold towel. **Late cancels/No-show: To make sure everyone has equal opportunity to join a class, we kindly ask that you cancel class at least 4 hours before the start time. This way, those on the waitlist will have an opportunity to make it into class. If you cancel a class less than 4 hours before class begins, you will lose the class credit for class packs or be charged a $10 fee for memberships. If you no-show for your reserved class, you will be charged a $20 fee and lose your class credit.
