- ➤ Arkansas leaders have introduced Blue and Green Envelope programs to boost safety during traffic stops for drivers with autism or mental illness. The programs, signed into law in 2025, let residents get free envelopes online or from revenue offices (no proof needed) while officers receive updated training. 5 News
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Arkansas officials report 11 flu deaths with 10 cases among seniors and 517 hospitalizations statewide, the Department of Health said.
