- ➤ Arkansas leaders have introduced Blue and Green Envelope programs to boost safety during traffic stops for drivers with autism or mental illness. HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Arkansas officials report 11 flu deaths with 10 cases among seniors and 517 hospitalizations statewide, the Department of Health said.
