- ➤ Springdale-based Tyson Foods is set to report its first-quarter results Monday, Feb. 2, and it expects net income to drop 19% to about $325.7 million (as its beef segment faces margin pressure from limited cattle supplies and high live cattle prices). NWA Business Journal
- ➤ Affiliates of Natson Hotel Group purchased three extended-stay hotels from Extended Stay America along I-49 in Washington County for a combined $21 million, with hotels in Springdale and Fayetteville costing about $61,224 per room. A two-year loan of up to $102 million supported the deal. NWA Business Journal

- ➤ Springdale’s The Medium will offer free performance space for six creative projects through its InnerSpace 2026 program, with events scheduled from March 25 to August 26. The venue supports experimental art and community shows, giving local talent a valuable stage. Fayetteville Flyer

- ➤ The Arkansas Public Service Commission approved SWEPCO rate increases on Jan. 23 that will raise Fayetteville residential bills nearly $20, requiring the company to complete studies related to the Flint Creek plant + explore renewable energy options.
