- ➤ The University of Arkansas in Fayetteville will use a $3.5 million NIST award to upgrade its High Density Electronics Center into a Power Packaging Center of Excellence, boosting advanced research + expanding federal funding opportunities. University of Arkansas
- ➤ Researchers at U of A have proven a drone camera can measure blackberry flower-to-vegetation ratios to help predict yields; the system compared drone images to manual counts and further studies on yield correlation are in progress. University of Arkansas
- ➤ The Hughes Fellowship supported five University students in summer and fall 2025 to focus on research in areas like gravitational waves, optical and protein studies, and automated device development; one student will use it in spring to expand graphene research (as shared in their testimonials).
