- ➤ OZ Trails Bike Park will open June 12 at U.S. 71 and Mercy Way with a chairlift serving 20+ miles of trails for all riders. - ➤ A report from Fayetteville-chartered Arvest Bank showed that home sales in Northwest Arkansas fell 3.5% to 5,153 + multifamily vacancy rose to 5.8% in the second half of 2025.
