As of 2 p.m. today, over 25,000 customers are without power statewide — with 1,566 in Benton, 458 in Washington, 379 in Madison, 146 in Crawford, 1,642 in Sebastian, 559 in Franklin, 93 in Johnson, 185 in Carroll and 56 in Logan counties.

The School District will spend nearly $24 million on renovations and additions at John L Colbert Middle School — the building will be converted to a junior high when the work is complete.
