- ➤ Walmart agreed to pay Arkansas $847,847.30 in civil penalties following a federal consent judgment resolving claims of misrepresented driver pay for Walmart Spark drivers. Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin stated Friday (May 1) that the settlement offers monetary relief and reinforces fair compensation. NWA Business Journal
