- ➤ Residents met at the Fayetteville Public Library on Wednesday night to ask questions of defense drone company Swarm Aero about its plans and secret operations; local leaders will hold a zoning hearing Tuesday (following a resident appeal) to review these concerns. 4029 News
- ➤ Residents met with Swarm Aero’s CEO yesterday at the Fayetteville Public Library to voice concerns about the company’s plans near Drake Field & its federal Defense Department contract. The city council will review a pending appeal on May 19 regarding the company’s zoning and operations. Fayetteville Flyer
- ➤ Thousands of new recycling carts have been delivered ahead of the June 1 launch, and city officials will review a two-year contract with EcoWaste Solutions next week to process mixed recyclables (excluding glass) at an estimated cost of $50,000 for the rest of 2026. Fayetteville Flyer

- ➤ Moses Tucker Partners in Little Rock will serve as the commercial leasing partner for Drake Farms, a $1 billion project at North Gregg Avenue and West Drake Street.
