- ➤ Fayetteville police arrested and extradited rape suspect Richard Lim on May 14 after he fled to Thailand from Qatar—he faces two counts of rape, one count of second-degree sexual assault, and one count of sexually grooming a child—and he is now held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,000,000 bond pending trial. 5 News
