HEALTH NEWS

  • Lisa Moore beat Stage IV breast cancer with immunotherapy—this treatment helped her body fight the disease—and she stays in 100% remission after starting treatment in January. Doctors in Little Rock say new research from a New York study found that immunotherapy cleared tumors in over 80% of patients, offering hope for better care in the future.  5 News

  • Junior shortstop Wehiwa Aloy was named the SEC Baseball Player of the Year and a Golden Spikes Semifinalist—making him the second Razorback to earn the honor as a position player since 2015. He has a .358 average, 58 RBIs and fans can vote for him until May 28.  The Arkansas Traveler
