- ➤ Grant Hardin, 56, who was serving a 30-year sentence for murder and had pleaded guilty to a 1997 rape, escaped from the North Central Unit on May 25 (around 2:55 p.m.) and local law enforcement are using every resource to find him as victims and officials recall the pain his crimes once caused.
