- ➤ The City of Fayetteville will host a community conversation on homelessness and housing solutions Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. (at St. Paul's Episcopal Church at 224 N. East Ave). The meeting follows the University of Arkansas’ announcement (that it will clear a homeless encampment on Monday). 4029 News

- ➤ Homeless campers on UA land said they have nowhere else to live when they spoke with Mayor Molly Rawn at a crowded meeting at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, where more than 150 people—including advocates and campers—raised concerns ahead of the eviction scheduled for today as the university prepares to sell the property. Advocates pressed the city to change camping rules and secure alternative housing solutions, but Rawn did not commit to any specific plan. Arkansas Democrat-Gazette
- ➤ Arkansas drivers may see military convoys on highways in June as National Guard training moves across the state—convoys will include slower vehicles near 60 mph and extra caution is advised. - ➤ The University of Arkansas baseball team beat Tennessee 4-3 on Saturday and 11-4 on Sunday at Baum-Walker Stadium to secure its 12th College World Series appearance. The Razorbacks went 5-0 in the NCAA regional and super regional rounds—joining one other team in school history—while Coach Dave Van Horn completed his eighth trip to Omaha.
