Cummins from Prairie Grove after he was last seen on November 14 at 11756 Ranchwood WC 3215 wearing light jeans, a grey sweater, and black shoes — he may be traveling in a grey Jeep Wrangler with Arkansas plate 561TJN — and officials ask anyone with information to call (479) 444-5712. 5 News
