- ➤ Two shelters in Fayetteville and Bentonville exceeded capacity Sunday night as The Salvation Army provided beds, meals, and showers for the homeless during harsh winter conditions. - ➤ Entergy Arkansas presented its Next Generation Arkansas program on Thursday at the state Capitol — the utility plans to add 2,600 megawatts of new power and repower 1,600 megawatts over five years to reduce outages and boost economic growth. - ➤ The University of Arkansas announced on Thursday that three new football coaches are joining the Razorbacks, including running backs coach David Johnson, defensive line coach Marion Hobby, and cornerbacks coach Eddie Hicks on two-year deals through Feb. 28.
