If you use the Fayetteville Public Library, the city's proposed 2027 budget would trim its city funding from about $1.8 million to about $1.5 million. Executive Director David Johnson said that represents about a 15% reduction, or $271,860, and the library has identified about $303,000 in expense reductions it's still refining.
